We find that each time we install WordPress, we automatically install almost every one of these plugins. Using all of these plugins, one can feel confident that their site will be social media and Web 2.0 optimized; search engine ready; close to spam free; and easily integrated with Flickr and YouTube.

We hope you find this list useful!

Got a few more to add to your list!

First off I hated the All in one SEO pack, but WP is so not SEO frinedly so you definitely need this. I wrote my own WP theme that ranks well becuse I just did not like this plug in. If you do not write PHP then you no other choice, get this plugin.

As far as comment spam blocking goes, get Spam Karma. It blows the rest away.

Lastly here is one you missed. Since we all know the power of Social Bookmarking you want to offer a set of links to add and vote for your articles in each post. The problem is that you end up creating 1000s of outgoing links to social sites for no reason.

Antisocial by Andy Beard uses nofollow in the links and saves your Pagerank.
